Directcom recommends a wireless/WiFi router with your broadband installation, so you can use your laptop, or other wifi-enabled device in any room. We will install the router, and set up your Wifi network free at the time the initial service install if you purchase a router from us. For best results we recommend all customers use our new Blast Wifi Dual-Band AX Gigabit port enabled router which will allow you to take full control of your Wifi service at home--you will not see your full provided speed if your outdated router can't handle the speeds we provide.

Without a contract, installation on a new service is $125. (Broadband install fees are set by federal regulation. We can waive these fees with a term commitment. If you do not plan to keep this service for 6 months, please pay for the install up front. If you wish to end your contract early, you may cancel service anytime for a $50 fee. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, $200 collection fee and other legal expenses will apply.)

FCC regulations require that we provide you the option of establishing a security question and password for you account, to protect your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). This will prevent others who do not know your password from accessing personal information such as your call records.
