Service update:
We are continuing to work urgently to fully resolve the matter behind the service interruption for our customers. As of Monday afternoon, internet service availability is restored. We are working with third-party cybersecurity specialists to look into what happened and identify steps we can take to help address this matter and prevent something similar from happening again. We will continue to share updates as these efforts continue.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption, and we appreciate your patience as we work to ensure uninterrupted service for our customers.
We ask customers who are still experiencing issues to power cycle their router by unplugging it from power, waiting about 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
If you factory reset your router during the outage, your router will need to be set up again before your Wi-Fi will work normally.
Unfortunately, although service was stabilized briefly last night, you will have noticed the Internet going in and out throughout today. Service is currently down again as we continue to battle this attack on our network.
Tomorrow, our Eagle Mountain office will be temporarily closed to the public until service is restored. Right now, our full attention and resources are all being focused on restoring service as quickly as possible. Our customer service and tech support phone lines will also be unavailable because this ongoing situation has affected Internet and phone service at our own offices.
We are fully aware how disruptive and frustrating this prolonged outage has been for all of Eagle Mountain, and we thank you for your continued patience.
