How do I know if I have Fiber available at my home?

Click on the “view larger map” icon on the top right bar of the network map below, and enter your address in the search field in the google maps interface to see if fiber is already installed at your home or future home.

Yellow areas are Fiber-to-the-home. You can also call Direct Communications at 801 789 2800 and ask if the address is served by fiber to confirm.

You may cancel service anytime for just $60 if you wish to end your contract early.
Don’t want a contract? Installation is now only $125 with no contract and no commitment required.

Installation includes termination of one Ethernet jack where Cat5 cable exists. Location of jack will be solely at the discretion of the technician. If the builder did not install Cat5 cable, installation of necessary cat5 cable will be solely at the discretion of the technician. Any additional ethernet jack terminations will be subject to Geeks ticket charges and possible reschedule.
