Tip: To make the Auto Pay process smoother, please choose a bill date anywhere from the 8th of the month to the 28th of the month to avoid billing issues.
In order to pay your bill online or receive an ebill, you will need to register as a new user if this is your first time using our online billing system.

In Person
We welcome walk-ins. Your local fiber provider has an office right here in the Ranches at 3726 E Campus Dr. You can walk in anytime and talk to a real person face-to-face, or pay your bill, during our regular business hours. Our front office is open M-F 7:30am-5pm.

Drop Box
We also accept payments in a drop box in front of The Ranches professional building. They will be picked up daily. Our convenient drop box is located at 3688 E Campus Dr (under the awning by the HOA and EM City drop box)
Through your Bank using Bill Pay.
Setting up bill pay with your bank is a convenient and easy way to pay your bill automatically each month without having to remember or take the time to write checks every month. Just have your bank mail us a check every month.
