How can I pay my bill while your system is migrating on Nov 12?

You can still pay in person. Your local fiber provider has an office right here in the Ranches at 3726 E Campus Dr. You can walk in anytime and talk to a real person face-to-face, or pay your bill, during our regular business hours. Our front office is open M-F 7:30am-5pm.

Or, use the Drop Box. We still accept payments in a drop box in front of The Ranches professional building. They will be picked up daily. Our convenient drop box is located at 3688 E Campus Dr (under the awning by the HOA and EM City drop box)
