Option 2: Physical Flyer to give to your friend:

Referring friend : fill in your contact information and give your new neighbor your referral card. Your neighbor may also sign up online at directcomfiber.com and simply type in the name of the friend who referred you when asked at the end of the survey.
No referral program credit can be given without a term commitment on part of new customer. The referral card or form must be returned within 30 days of the new install to receive credit for a referral. We cannot give credit after the fact.
