Covid Update: Directcom Business Office closed to Walk-ins

On March 16, 2020, Posted by , In covid, With Comments Off on Covid Update: Directcom Business Office closed to Walk-ins

In order to be part of the solution recommended by health officials, and implement social distancing practices to slow the spread of COVID-19, the Direct Communications business office in Eagle Mountain will be closed to the public starting Monday, March 16, and will remain closed to in-office face-to-face visitors until further notice.

Please note that this soft closing only applies to foot traffic into the office. All regular services will continue to be provided and our staff will still be available during regular business hours. Most of our customer service has always been provided remotely, and our customer service staff will continue to interact with Eagle Mountain customers either online via chat, via email, or by phone. All Directcom techs who work in the field will continue to do so, although we will be trying to find effective ways to limit in-house visitation, such as walking customers through a self-install of plug-and-play equipment over the phone.

If you need to pick up or drop off leased equipment at our office, we will be providing a drop off area by the front door.

Tech Support is always here for you 24 hours, 7 days a week at 801 789 4999. This is staffed by local Directcom employees in Eagle Mountain and in Idaho.

If you need to upgrade or add services, sales and customer service is available via chat or phone during business hours at 801 789 2800.

Please remember that you can always pay your bill online by choosing “Manage Account” > “Pay Online” on our homepage at https://www.directcom.com/eaglemtn

We also accept payments in a dropbox in front of The Ranches professional building.  They will be picked up daily. Or, set up auto payments through your bank, or mail us a check.

We have asked any employees who are feeling any coronavirus-like symptoms to stay home and practice self-isolation for 14 days.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and are prepared to assist our customers as needed.

Please stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of your families.
