Final Update: We’re happy to report that service in the Pacific Springs area was restored much earlier than expected. As of a little after 6:00 PM last night, all customers should be back online.

Update 3: Our team has begun work to replace equipment and restore service in the Pacific Springs area. You may experience a temporary service interruption while this maintenance is underway.

We’re still on track for service to be fully restored by 11:00 PM tonight. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get everything back online!



Update 2: Our team is on-site replacing a major piece of equipment to fully resolve the ongoing outage. During this work, most of Pacific Springs will temporarily lose service.

We know this isn’t ideal, but this upgrade is necessary to restore stability and prevent future issues. Our crew is working as quickly and safely as possible, with service expected to be restored by 11:00 PM tonight.
