Direct Communications is Eagle Mountain’s largest private employer. Most of our employees live right here in Eagle Mountain. We sponsor the local schools, libraries, athletic programs, cultural and community events.
Direct Communications has been an active member of the Lehi Chamber of Commerce since 2006. One of our core missions is to help Eagle Mountain grow as well as facilitating local economic development. We have built Utah’s most advanced fiber network right here in Eagle Mountain, and we believe that both business and homeowners will view Eagle Mountain as an optimal community to live, work and play.

How can I pay my bill while your system is migrating on Nov 12?
You can still pay in person. Your local fiber provider has an office right here in the Ranches at 3726 E Campus Dr. You can walk in anytime and talk to a real person face-to-face, or pay your bill, during our regular business hours. Our front office is open M-F 7:30am-5pm.

Use the Drop Box. We still accept payments in a drop box in front of The Ranches professional building. They will be picked up daily. Our convenient drop box is located at 3688 E Campus Dr (under the awning by the HOA and EM City drop box)
