Direct Communictions is pleased to welcome new Tech Support Specialist , Faleshia, an Eagle Mountain Utah local.

Faleshia is part of a new in-house, local tech support team, working from our office in Eagle Mountain Utah, and will support only Eagle Mountain customers. Directcom has long had a goal to bring all tech support at all levels in-house, from the level one initial call to a possible customer residence visit, in order to provide a better integrated, and faster, smoother, support experience for Internet customers. Faleshia and her coworkers will now make that goal a reality for Eagle Mountain customers.

About Faleshia:

“Hi, my name is Faleshia, and I love helping people with any issue they have. I am a great listener and problem solver– that is why I have been in the customer service field for over 10 years now!

I love working for Direct communications because when you have an issue you are put in touch with an actual person every time rather than a switchboard– it’s nice! I am a mother to three wonderful boys who keep life interesting and me on my toes all day long. Because of this, I am a very patient person and inventive in my problem-solving solutions. Something most people don’t know about me  is that I have a great desire to one day own an animal rescue, where I help people understand how to care for their 4, 3 or sometimes 2 legged family members. I also want to help set up a program within my rescue for troubled children that allows them to come make a friend that will love them unconditionally!

I cannot wait to get to know you all and to help make your online experience a great one!”
